Feed given back to me at any point of time is making me aware that I am /I am not as per the understanding of the person/s next to me..The feed back can be appreciation of my actions or can be criticism of my actions..As long as my actions are as per my duty attached to me in that scenario, I should smile if it is appreciation and I should keep silence if it is criticism..Here alone problems come up many times, as I react to the comment, getting carried away for the appreciation or feeling...
