Don't display the entire post in the main site. Have an excerpt and a featured image to be seen in the main site per post. This way people don't have to scroll so much just to check out other articles and those who want to check that particular post will open it. The footer needs to be re-organized. Why not have Labels, Email subscription, RSS subscription, search, review links on the sidebar rather than on the footer. I am not sure why would you need a live traffic feed over there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Choose an updated blog design. Have a good looking  logo and site's signboard rather than taking a picture from the internet and something written from paint. Speaking of which- the font is very pixelated. There are websites that make free logos. Out with the early 90s. In with 2015 and beyond!
