I love blogging (tech blogging) and am addicted to it I find minimun 3 to 4 hours a day apart from my regular office work to do blogging. I get a great high when people from around the world visit my blog. Plus it has a potential to earn me money..I started writing on "Latest Tech Tips" more than six months back with just one aim to help people solve complex problems with simplest ways..and that too for free. Its a way in which I get satisfaction..

So whats the purpose of your blog..

When I had my twins in a flash I turned from journalist working odd hours to obsessivemom working all hours. For the uninformed... woe to any person who approaches an OM .... she'll bore you to tears with kids' antics, kids' troubles, kids' cuteness, kids' smartness.

You see I'd been on the other side long enough to understand that well.

So to spare the public at large I started this blog. The purpose was to vent it all out there so I could at least put up a sembelance of being a sane normal human being outside of blogosphere.

Oh and I must take the opportunity to heartily thank the few, the very very few, people who care to drop in read it all.

And if you think I'm rambling and already nodding off ... well you asked for it.

For the time being.. voluntary help..

Those who are in serious riding.. Trips / Race / Drag or (my fav) touring... They understand or can feel the importance of proper maintenance of these high performance machine.

We do have plenty of websites and info over Internet on which is best bike, hw to stunt, where to tour, but there aint much hands on information available over the topic of maintenance. At NexGenBikes.com we try specifically concentrate on this matter..

This blog is not for all, rather it has a very very limited targeted audience.

The purpose of my blog (http://jayeshshinde.com) is to have a personal online diary that is less candid and viewable by my friends and family.

I most write about the events in my life as and when they happen. I write about sports, music, travel, and food. Since I'm a technology writer, casually writing on non-tech subjects is a stress-buster of sorts.

My blog doesn't have a purpose. It might be a stray thought, an urgent situation or a cause. There's no theme. Its just - eclectic.

Mine is a cokery blog

http://www.padhuskitchen.com/

One of the main purpose is to give simple  and healthy recipes which does not require one to spend much time in the kitchen and also to bring back traditional recipes which has lost its importance in the modern kitchen. Another important thing is to connect with people of same interest .

Just love to spread glory of Indian culture, it's not superstiotous and it's just for everybody....I am mad for my India and it's culture, epics...trying to find its applicability in today's fast life...to spread the Massage of Universal Brotherhood...which is tought by my Beloved Sadgurudeva H. H. Shri Narayankaka Dhekane Maharajji. The Divine knowledge just come from the heart, of course by the grace of The True Sadguru and something beyond the brain and the mind. All this expressed in all the three blogs.. http://narayankripa.blogspot.com/ (English), http://vicharyadnya.blogspot.com/ (my mother tounge Marathi) and not finally... (coz when i will learn more lang. i wil love to spread the glory of my culture and spirituality in them also..) http://chaitanyapuja.blogspot.com/ (Hindi - my Rashtrabasha.). These blogs have articles and poems too on sprirituality and social and national - defense issuses too. I just love what is written here, not bragging but i don't know how it comes....to write. I know you all will also like it ...do visit there....Thanks Dear Harshad - for giving the chance to express us. Laughing

This would be a decent topic for a personal blog I guess. I have written all my life. Filled pages for exams, and in my opinion, most were my fictional accounts of expected reality. Essay and writing contests, long reports with just two lines of relevant content, and a lot of other things. Then perhaps I realized that kaka del toro (BS) wouldn't take me far in most vocations, except perhaps, in fictional writing. Now I didn't expect a huge redership, so I kept my accounts on the hard drive. I came across the "splendor" and "fame" of being a blogger at Infosys on their internal blog. I started out there, and sure enough the false aspirations that I mentioned in quotes got me, well, to a distance. When I quit Infy, I started The Second Act ( http://askewedproposition.blogspot.com/ ) and heeding praveen lobo's advice (www.praveenlobo.com), I joined IndiBlogger. So there it is. My short tryst with the blogosphere.

When I started, it was a means to satisfy my boredom. I always wrote on paper. Then I thought to make it online. My blog started with my life, personal experiences and thoughts. Then I tried to write on my travel combined with some pictures taken by me. Though my blogs are devoid of comments, I love to write whenever I get some time.

Nice pics Priya.

loved the sunset pic..very soothing...Write on target. :)

I have been actively blogging for almost a year now. I blog because I love to write... and having a blog not only provides a platform but helps me chronicle my life and experiences in Pune. And even otherwise for that matter.

I always had the desire to be of help to people. Blogging gave the platform free.

After years of research and development, I have found out that nobody dies a virgin...life gets 2 u anyways. :)

My brilliant observation had been that F n L has been like the P&L of my life. So my blog, in their names, essssentialy (hopefully with spell check :P) hopes to capture 'life' and other popular 4 letter words...

Of course, thats the idea but I believe every blog is an extension of the blogger's personality, so my blog should b a capture of the potpourri of things that made me, me :)

I blog when I feel. The purpose of my blog is just happiness. Connecting with people all around the world [A different kind of Facebbok- an OpinionBook] and sharing my thoughts with others makes me feel happy. Its like talking to somebody when you feel happy- you share the happiness with them, and I blog when I feel sad- it decreases the burden on my shoulders. I also like blogging because I love writing. I write my posts short with no fuss and to the point. So, ultimately, the purpose of my blog is to -share-
