Looking for vital feedback on my blog

Nice blog. Good content. What I would suggest is:

• Organize your sidebar neatly. (4 widgets seems clogged)
• Instead of archives show "random/popular posts"
• Also show "related posts" at the end.

Niranjan, I like you blog and your posts.... But I have some suggestions:

1. Change your background colour expecially the RED colour. Reading on red backgroung makes head-aches!
2. Also try to add a page break to posts.
