Looking for feedback on new blogs

First thing I noticed is too many things that keep flashing - the marquee scroll, the freebies button and the meet our experts section. They make a site lose its aesthetic nature. Second regarding the menu, when the mouse moves a menu item, the menu that is displayed has no border. The white colour of the menu background is getting mixed with the page background. It would be better if you either give the menu a border or a background colour. Next is regarding the chat box - When you would be offline for most of the time, isn't a contact form better?

Other than the above two things, everything else looks perfect. The site title is easy to remember and the logo also looks professional. Overall, the blog looks well maintained and professional.
