I am a naive in the blogging community and very much intrigued by the political and social developments occuring in the country which directly or indirectly affect our lives.

William H Drummond once said "He that will not reason is a bigot. He that cannot reason is a fool. He that dare not to reason is a slave". Thus in order to reason for the developments inside and outside country i started my blog "The Indian Thing".

India is a big and plural democracy and consolidating it on a single platform is impossible. Yet on my blog i try to express the perception of a commoner towards the recent developments occuring within and outside national borders.
