Learnings of a Management Consultant
My blog is a representation of a core belief,"Knowledge is such that, the more it is shared the more it grows". Through my blog I'm trying to share my learnings. I hope to benefit as many as I can through sharing my learnings. If you people can tell me how better I can commnicae my learnings, I would be glad to receive feedback.
a very interesting blog with some nice content, and being a management student myself it appealed to me. However your blog at first glance looks utterly boring. Get a nice smart template, remove the stupid unwanted widgets, add the required widgets which you dont have and structure the content properly. Once you do that, your ready to go :)

The tag cloud and the calendar are unwanted. You might want a followers widget and recent posts widget. Also make your categories more concrete, the current ones are a bit...... i dont know, weird i guess.
Recent posts are right on top... i'll take a look at the categoris again... and the followers gadget is not getting integrated into wordpress blog. If you can suggest the way, it'll be great
