Please review and feedback on First Blog Ever

Hi All,

I am very new to the bloggers world. I have started bloging since month and a half. I like to discuss and write on Personal Finance aspects like financial independence, wealth creating assets like equities, mutual funds etc., tax efficient investment options, question and answers on various personal financial issues.

May I request your review from perspective of value for the readers, site layout, some suggestions to publicze my blog, how to create links in the web such that site rankings can go up. Any other ideas you think can help me upgrade the look, feel and reach of the blog.
