What do you look for in a travel blog?

I have often felt the need for an unbiased, first person feel of a place I would like to visit. I have tried to do that myself about places I have visited in my travel blog. But it has seen the slowest movement of all my three blogs. Any tips on what I can do to make the blog more interesting and increase traffic to it?
