my marathi is weak and hence i will try to focus on your blog structure rather than your content
your blog looks nice with a good structure which is easy to navigate. However, at the bottom end there are widgets in your sidebar but no posts on the right. This looks weird so you should add posts as long as the sidebar widgets go. It looks good to balance things out.
apart from that, no other suggestions.

What I would like to see on this blog
01) A translation widget, to increase your audience
02) A 3 column blog, so you can spread the widgets in the Side columns and the main post in the middle column

very good suggestion indeed. But Wordpress dosen't allow links other than HTML. I will try to implement it ASAP.
