Ashesh Bhai, I love the way you express your question through your blog. The way you express is nice and it let people stop and think what it really means. People stop not because they don't understand it's because they have never been thinking of the problem that you have mention in your blog, so they have choose to stop and think what is the problem.

I, stop and think on the question that you have discuss in your blog, and it's nice to be able to stop and think instead of just read and go.
