I have increased font-size.
Regarding the post lists on left side I thought that its better to have this layout as we read from left to right, not right to left (although generally lists are on the right side)

Your posts are short, sweet and crisp. Nice diary of your life.
By keeping posts on right side, it does give an odd feeling and I took sometime to adjust to these settings.
