I want to aggregate comments of different blogs, suggest me how ?

Hallo Friends, I read number of posts at different blogs and also read the comments made by readers on that posts. I feel that comments on different posts are useful to set up my mind and to shape my thoughts. Comments also fulfill the gap of the post and make the post complete.

So, I want to collect/preserve/aggregate some useful, meaningful and grandsome comments on different blogs for I can manage/planned my future postings and can give suitable links.

What you think, Comments are important or not ?

Please help me to do the same.
