Widgeo is a widget that u have put in ur blog I think.. Its above the "follow my blog with bloglovin" widget. I think if u remove that, u should be fine...

Christy, plz provide the url where u see this problem. Also, did u remember u or anyone else with whom u share ur blog access changed a theme or added a widget? It seems the problem stems from there as others have already told u..

It seems to be a randomized problem too, yours! I visited the site around 4 times after my previous comment, twice the popup came, twice it didn't!

Go to the html code thru design and when the code starts for  b: widget look for some widget which you have not published, remove if you find something

Do the following -

1. Either your Theme or widget(s) embedded with clicksor ad scripts. Remove the widgets one by one and check. If problem is not with widgets, change the theme.
