Currently the legal system is clearly tilted in favour of money bags and powerful individuals according to me.  Most of the manipulation takes place in property disputes, the decision always goes in favour of the person who can dole out money to the concerned.  Even evidence in the trial court can be manipulated at will.  God forbid if you have a bad lawyer representing your case than it is bound to go for a toss.  Have you all experienced any such instance personally.  It is unfortunate that lower judiciary is not bought under Lokpal.

Majority of the properties sold on POA are likely to invite legal complication, i have experienced the same and even my colleague to has faced the same problem over his property.  No wonder Supreme court has ordered for scrutiny of POA property deals.  A registered sale deed with all concerned is essential from now onwards according to news report of 14th Sept 2011.
