After watching the repeat telecast of Impeachment trail of Judge trail at Rajya Sabha, wherein it was a historic decision to remove the judge for his misapproriation of funds by diversion and later returning the capital without interest.  The judge argued that he was being targetted but it did not go well with Parliament.  It was an act of commission and not omission.  When he is getting a fixed salary as judge why should he resort to using the clients fund ?

Collusion of Lawyers, Cash dealings, Consideration is not spelt out in amount, Manipulation of Evidence, Seeking next date on some pretext, Appeal or Higher courts not admitting fresh evidence etc are the major defects according to me,  Basically i feel majority of the cases can be closed with 5 to 6 hearings Do you all agree ?

Majority of the property disputes with Power of Attorney deals give scope for corruption in the legal system.  Most of the property cases are deliberately prolonged over a number of years so as to fleece the parties involved in the dispute.  Meanwhile the property value escalates giving scope for cash dealings across the system.  This is one of the main resons why Supreme court has ruled out POA deals as subject to official sale deal.
