Unemployment allowance for youth ? Debate
Akilesh has announced in his election manifesto to dole out unemployment allowance of sorts. I believe the registered youth can be employed for civil defence activities and prevention of corruption. Debate guys.
I hope Akilesh ( CM of UP ) harnesses the youth of the state in preventing crime and corruption which is the biggest bane of UP and states all over India. It would ensure success and create a strong foundation for the future of the state. Just imagine lakhs of youth patrolling the streets of UP and trapping the officials demanding bribe. Once an official is suspended for corruption and convicted his seat should be filled in by unemployed youth. It is a win win situation guys. Will Akilesh do the needful
Unemployment allowance is a good idea for all youth registered in employment exchanges. So ones awailing of unemployment allowance should be forced to take up any job he or she is offered through the exchange. Thats how it happens in foriegn countries. If you refuse a job offer, no more allowance.
There should clarity in the types of job, the objective should be they should emerge as good citizens. So prevention of crime and corruption is the main issue. If they are used in ensuring this objective than we have won the battle.
One can't be choosy about type of job. If you done a Phd and not able to find a job of your own, you need to accept the clerical job the govrnment gets for you.
To bring down crime there needs to be massive patrolling and vigilance in UP. Secondly to root out corruption, one should be caught in the act.
one of the ways to waste taxpayers money.Better he provides employment.
