I remember 3-4 years back there was a similar thread and I exchanged reviews with captain, Arti and some other chap. I can join in again - but prefer proper reviews from people who follow my blog. If you write hollow 2 liner reviews, I shall not reciprocate.

Pankti it sure helps.  Your Alexa Rank will show stability if you have good reviews, it may not jump to high places without visitors but becomes stable.  In case you want a very good alexa rank, make your own toolbar with Alexa and download n use it for search

Alexa is continuous ranking system, it takes into account all things except what you write on your site. Even crap sites get high ranks becoz of visitors and reviews. If you study the past indi thread  of alexa rankers you will find most top rankers now down to dust

Haven't you noticed it on April 1st? For some search terms, on that day, Google search displayed a message saying 'Click here to smell'. On clicking it, you will be asked to move closer to your laptop and its starts saying 'Transferring smell.... 1%....100%' and finally you realise what Google is up to.

Alexa Rank doesn't make much sense for low traffic sites. Get a million visitors ( or even more ) per month and the stats =given by alexa will become meaningful. Most of the bloggers here, ( irrespective of whether their blogs are old or new ) have a rank between 1 and 15 lakhs.

Yes! The name was changed to indilexa after Avadhoot said that the name prolexa was already taken. And I was the one who suggested the name.
