Help Me Friends to make an ABOUT Page in my bLoGs

AS go to about.me . It has a inpage tutorial which will help you out.  You can than put this link on your blogs.

AS, time to read many blogging blogs.. They have so many good article about how you want to do it.. Infact some one here in Forum also created one thread about "about us/me" page..

Why not a book about blogging? 

I don't have an about me page but still I can give some tips.

• Include a photo of yours with a brief bio. Your name, age, qualification, location, profession etc.
• Why you started the blog? 
• What are the things one can find on your blog?
• Mention about any awards received / contests won like IB contests.
• Give links to your facebook, twitter, linked in ( if you manage to create an account ) profiles.

• Some of the popular blogs have a face. For example, ProBlogger has Darren's face. People ( at least me ) are interested in knowing more about the blogger. So, adding details shouldn't be taken as a headache.

• You have an article published in a travel magazine. You can mention it. 
• Gmail? You mean your mail id? Don't - You will be spammed.

Well, the answer to your answer is that as i adviced someone free on  IndiTalk the other day that they would need to go to Shadi.com or romance.com for their requirement then. Mentioning their age is upto the blogger. If he/she feels comfortable and wants to mention his/her age, he/she can do so in the about page. Otherwise, he/she can leave it.

My previous answer ( to your question 'Why age? ') was meant to be taken as a joke.

Rajni, at first I had named it 'about' but hunky suggested that my about page wasn't suitable to be called an 'about' for the blogs..... so I changed it to 'about me' as those 2 are my personal blogs... no harm... and I'm happy!

It could be 'about us' if there're more members like hunky's blog....

Sometimes i may end up writing an about/about this blog page for my blogs....

I prefer to name my page as 'About Us' even though I alone maintain my blog. It sounds more respectable.
