Simple Trick to Get Adsense Account within 24 hour..
This is a Simple Trick where you can get adsense account with minimal efforts within 24Hours.
1. Signup for Youtube
2. Upload 1 or 2 videos (self created any niche).
3. Go to youtube.com/account_monetization
4. Click Enable Monetization
5. Now goto youtube.com/account_monetization?action_adsense_connection=1
6. follow Instruction select country, and Payee name etc.
7. wait for confirmation (it will take 24 hours.)
8. You will recieve an email from adsense,"account approved for Youtube Monetization".
9. Then You can add your website URL to adsense account..

That'll be a hosted account for YouTube only....to add website you will have go through another verification process....
I have not tried adding self hosted URL.. But I will try to add within few days...
After adding the url u'll have to add the code to that site..then the adsense team will crawl your site to verify it...but the gud part is u'll not loose ur hosted account even if your hosted url got rejected
