Read your couple of posts. Liked "How to Feel Beautifu" the most. You write well. Keep it up.
One suggestion: It will be better if you bring your labels, blog archive above google advertisements.
That will make your posts more accessable and visible.

Pros:
- Amazing selection of topics.
- Very regularly updated.
- Your blog title is simply awesome! Loved it!
- Your blog template suits your content very well.
Suggestions:
- Please convert your daily blog archive into a monthly one. It will make your blog more visitor-friendly.
- Try to make your content a bit scannable i.e. by using bold, italic and underline.
- There is no need to add a Google Search widget in your blog. The same search feature is in the Blogger Navbar.
- It seems as if you are highlighting the ads rather than other stuff in your sidebar. Take care of that.
- Regarding your profile, there are many people (including me), who don't know what a SAP consultant is. It would be great if you give the full meaning instead.
- The hit counter looks strange in contrast with your simple and sober template.
Overall, amazing blog with some incredible content...and you can obviously consider the above suggestions for improvement.

Its a very unique blog not the general kind of blog we see mostly... very nice that you are posting about certain Indian traditional things like Bindi, Bichiya, Banarasi Sarees, Sindoor to some very unheard things like Clogs.

Unconventional topics is what makes your Blog special. A good template will be more effective. Smart positioning of ads. as for the content just follow what you are doing, that will give you uniqueness.
