Question on eBook Publishing
Can we publish the stories on our blog into a collection of Short Stories in Amazon or any other ebook publishing services?
Or we have to delete them from our blog before publishing?
You want to sell the ebook or distribute it for free? If it is the former, why will anyone pay for what is already available for free? 
As ND suggested, read the T&C's 
I want the collection to have a name and make all the stories available in a place for anyone interested to read.....I didnt think much about whether it should be free or anything like that
There are mutliple schemes with Amazon. Some schemes require that you should not have the same content available anywhere esle in digital form. Other schemes allow you to have it in other places but not free or at prices lower than you are offering at Amazon.
