Hi... I recently updated from blogger to my personal website.. Do I need to re-register my new Blog with IndiBlogger and how does this effect my Ranking. Do I start from scratch?

You should contact here (https://www.indiblogger.in/contact/) asking to change your blog URL on IB.

Ranking - You will get back to your current rank in around 2-3 months.
