I have a doubt, please clarify. Is this app (FatCat) works ever or works on particular scheduled date/time? It is because whenever I opened it then I get message as 'there was an issue, try after sometime'.

HR, the game is played every Tuesday and Friday. But then one can login anytime, anyday. You probably need to check something about your account.

Ive played a few games. Not 15k, HR. If all the six brands dont come to the top, the highest scorer for the day gets 65k. The first live game started on jan 30 and two high scorers each week  that is on tuesdays and fridays have been winning 65k and the referrer of the winner gets 12.5k.
