Any plugin or tips to modify my Links , redirecting to wordpress.com

Hi all! I have moved my blog from wordpressDOTcom to selfhosted wordpress.

I had few links on my old blog now moved the contents but the links are redirecting to old blog. Is there any plugin or any fast method to sort it out. 

Should I manualy check each link and modify accordingly. ?

Hi, check Amit Agarwal's blog named digitalinspiration, he has mentioned about this transfer quite conveniently. Moreover, you can google the problem and you might get alternative ways.
