I have observed it many times that members are voting for the post vithout going through the content and without reading the post. I request please don't vote for any post without reading. If you really like any post, please leave your comments. This will encourage the Blogger.

At least they vote it same like election without analyzing candidate

It will work if we start it from ourself first. Atleaset i will not vote without reading the content. It will encourage the bloggers whose content is good.
