There is a good WordPress app also, both for WP.com and Self-hosted blogs. I've used both and they work on my tablet quite well! But I have an external USB keyboard with pouch for my 7" tablet (to write quickly) and I recommend it for ppl. trying to blog using mobile devices.

The Blogger App is very irritating. Doesn't respond half of the time. I've been using it for a long, long time. Moreover, it offers restricted use only. I prefer using blogger through chrome most of the times. And I blog from phone only. I rarely use my laptop.
