And, it's just a Mailto link. You can see the email address on the bottom left corner of your browser window, when you hover your mouse pointer on the IndiOne Dedicated Support button. It should ideally work by opening the mail client, like in my case, clicking the button opened Thunderbird, a mail client I have installed on my system.

Yes, doing that from the email address registered with IB will be good.
