Different traffic stats in Analytics and Statcounter? Why?

Look at the stats in statcounter (below image).

and look at the stats in Google Analytics (image below).

Google analytics show a sharp increase in users and page views in the graph. But statcounter doesn't show any thing, its as usual same. Why? I just follow statcounter for live updates it provides unlike Analytics. There is difference in pageviews as well. Statcounter shows 6k+ pageviews but Analytics show 10k+.

Does any one know why this difference?
