Its ridiculous. People to people contact cannot bring about peace unless the basic rason is addressed. That reason is Pak army. Pak Amry has consistently interfered in the functioning of the state. Funds have been misused by the Army.

Inside Pakistan's Military Economy is famous book on the same subject and has been banned in Pakistan.

Pak army may not want war but its does not wants peace either.  Becoz that wud mean that focus shifts to development and not the Army's agenda of Kashmir. This initiative wud hardly make an impact. No progress can be made unless the Civilian Govt. of Pakistan can take control over from the army.
