How to increase the follower base of my blogs?

I am new to blogging. I have two blogs. One of them I started an year ago. But my follower base is not going beyond 25 since long.

The other I sarted just recently. These are my two blogs.

Kindly advice me as to how I can increase my readership?

Are there any forums where I can add my blogs to have more exposure?
