Help needed - not displaying properly in Internet explorer

Please visit my blog. It is not displaying properly in IE but working absolutely perfect in Mozilla. Can anyone give me the reason.

Also, in the sidebar, i have a Labels widget and a Tag Cloud widget. Please tell me which one is better.

Any other comments or feedback on the content is welcome

Hey Sandy, have you fixed it? I just viewed your blog in IE8 and it looks fine... what version do you use?
