For downloading a new template on Blogspot
I have downloaded a new template I liked from Mashable. How do i add on to blogspot? Where do I insert the code?

Open the downloaded file via WinRAR, then open the XML file in a new window. Copy the URL location of this file. On your dashboard, go to "Layout", you'll see a tab "edit HTML". Click on it. On the top of the page, just below the tabs, you'll find a header "Backup / Restore Template". Underneath it, you'll see "Upload a template from a file on your hard drive". Click on BROWSE next to it and pate the URL location on that. Click "Upload". You have a new template!
