Who would you call a professional blogger? Or what makes a blogger professional?

This reminds me! I have never met a professional blogger! I mean somebody who earns his bread and butter by blogging.. Anybody out here???

There are many professional blogger who doesn't claim to be.
People who writes articles for other sites on a paid basis also can be termed as professional bloggers right? Some time back I had seen someone starting a topic, calling for article contributors to one of his websites on paid basis.
