Interest Based Advertising
Has anyone here heard of interest-based advertisement that Google intends to introduce shortly? Do you think it is an intrusion into your privacy or it is just like gmail (after some noise everyone wil settle down)?

I don't see it as an intrusion, since Google has no way of matching my preferences with me as a person. It's simply a cookie on the browser and not associated with my Google account. And I honestly think it'll help advertising, and reduce irrelevant clicks!

@Renie, I have signed up to this. Hopefully this will boost the value of CPC -- not that I am making pots of it now :-(
The only think I need to figure out is how to insert a neat "privacy policy"
