Forums and Signature Back link

Hai Friends,

Now a days many forums are not allowing to put our blog url as signature.Is it a good practice?Those forums became established because of our effort too.Still they not even allowing us to put a blog url signature.I think it is a very bad practice.

If anybody has list of forums which allow url signature,please list here...
