But how to use on my website..

Even I had recieved cuch a coupon sometime back but i did not use it...

First of all, your Adwords voucher is non transferable; don't even try to sell or give it to any one, Google will ban your AdSense account.

if you want how to use it call Google India, number given on your coupon form.
