My website grade is 86 and moz rank is 1. I just shifted my blog to wp, so very few linking domains.

@Arti, great thread . I was confused abt the mozrank as well , which hemal mentioned in some other thread. Keep coming up with such seo tips :)

you already have a great blog arti.  No need to worry about seo and things like that  :)

its just like google pr, on a scale of 1 to 10 .  It can be improved by getting links from popular domains.

seomoz says that the moz rank of an " average" website on the net is 3 . If you ask me, i would say 3 is great.

my blog grade is now 94 and moz rank 3.8. :)

BTW, do you have any idea how often is MOZ rank updated?

I think moz rank is updated roughly once a month or maybe more than that. Imagine the time required to crawl the entire web and rate billions of pages.

Ya, may be coz i have heard moz ranks are updated more often than the GPR's and hence are more sought after to gauge the performance of our sites. Let me check mine too...

Traffic rank will improve very much with time. One simple funda to improve it is-just keep posting regularly. It will improve the blog grade as well.

one more thing Summit, Just by hoping it wont imporve. you have to act. try googleing for " tips to improve alexa ranking" .  u might see my article on first page.

other than that, to improve linking domain, spend sometime commenting on others blog which gives you a do follow link. your pages are not indexed . Did you configured webmasters account and submmit a sitemap to google ? thats the best way to get your link indexed.

Start doing some Seo on your site as you know about moz rank start visiting the forum there and applying the things suggested by people and teach me as well(m still learning for blogger).

You might have great content on your blog but even the best product without good marketing is useless(Spam is different thing never do that lolz) and viceversa.Dont know about the number of posts in your blog but still you have a nice alexa/traffic without any seo from your side.One of my next post willl link back to your blog but cant say if it would help in any traffic at that time

@arti u r using blogspot , there is lot of scope of optimzing your posts for Serach engines, there is nothing wrong is optmizing you post, you got a good thing so you gotta so them to world that hey come to my blog i got what you are looking for. but for that you have to tell the search engines what you got. serach engines are not messenger of GOD who knows everything abuot all blogs but a human written code which works on algorithm.

i can help in that but would be hard for blogger. for blogger it will require HTML and I m 0 in html :(.

It was all zero couple of weeks ago when I checked. So, i guess i was recently added (or given some points)

Forgot to mention... Indirank has gone UP to 46, but i added couple of posts last month after disappearing for 2 months. Dunno what impacted the scores.
