How do we convert documents into Acrobat PDF file ?

I am unable to figure out how to convert documents or tickets or any matter into a pdf file, does it require special software to do so.

You need some PDF printer to print any document into pdf file. I use Bullzip PDF Printer, it is free and you can get it here
