You don't need to associate the word tech to let people know its a tech blog. Askvg and labnol didn't need to do that. Just have original content, and not just plagiarised, re-written/"inspired" content. Choose something like registrysmith (like Goldsmith, blacksmith who fixes metals and stuff- you fix windows error so registry editor will be involved on a regular basis) if you want to.
