I see a lot of blogs now a days posting 3 liners or 4 liners (which are often great) but the end of the para says Haiku Heights

What exactly is meaning of that and what is purpose of that.  Are they similar to the Hindi Doha or Marathi Charoli?

I didn't read all the commentsLaughingSo don't know if someone answered your questionTongue outBut let me answer it as wellMoney mouth.

Haiku is a form of Japanese poetry. It usually is written to express your feelings in simple and very less words.  Before it used to have 17 Syllables of 7-5-7 words in each line. But now people write in either 3-5-3 Syllable or 7-5-7 or sometimes even more.

Whenver I write a Haiku, I got with the 3-5-3 Syllable because I think expressing something in less syllables is difficult, but it makes it even more wonderfulSmile. I've written many Haiku till now. (The plural of Haiku, is HAIKU itself and not HaikusYellFoot in mouth). My most favorite one is this:-

She felt her

Soul lift, as Fate brought

him to her.
