How to raise a ticket ?Even i got a mail saying that there was a problem with my submission. And they are pointing out to be grammatical and spelling errors. Please tell me how to raise a ticket ?

Ticket 19130.
I got a mail saying there was a problem with my submission. It says there are grammar and punctuation errors.. while submitting the post itself it checks for errors and accepts and says all done right.. then what could be the reason..
Mine was rejected for using present tense in few places instead of past tense :( :( Got an update now...
As expected,there are going to be more rejections..They have started giving Vouchers!

The voucher count is still showing 50, and my post count on Indistatus is still 1 But rejected. is this a bug.. pls check asap guys :(

@Ankita S : Moderation happens only between specific time slots ( usually 4-6) . u can check the happy hour page for moderation time slots

okay..thanks guys............fastest fingers left me baffled....so asked so many questions at one go...did some shopping and bought some chunky jwelleries for me..n m already feeling better............................anyway no doubt IB is a great platform for all of us and they are very fair...kudos
I think client get free publicity because of posts submitted within first (say) 2 minutes. All others may not serious participants so may be exluded. All these should get at least a thanks from client.
You mean like a letter of appreciation? Yeah, that's not too much to ask since it's like a "certificate of participation'. Rank 70 reduces the number of mass submissions so it might be feasible. Maybe admins can explore this.
I thought only I was the unlucky one but it seems there was some glitch since many others got errors too. Team IB always takes the right decisions, so let's trust it to do the same this time around as well!
