Hi salman.

Honest opinion - My first look of the blog made me feel this - 

'When it talks of new technologies, why does it look so old??'

Here are somethings which might fix it

  • Ads in the header. NO! NO!
  • Put up a small thumbnail image in each of the short descriptions for the post that you have on the homepage.
  • Even while reading a post, the ads come first. pls push them to the bottom.
  • If possible change the theme
